Introducing ReallyBeU Health & Wellness consulting
Without knowing the reasons why I have been chosen, I am certain I have a specific skill set. Very specific. I can sit with people, stand next to people, hold people, consult with people and be with people that are in excruciating emotional and psychological pain. Math baffles me, computers trouble me, reading is not my thing, but being with people while they struggle and heal is my superpower. It doesn’t feel like work, it never gets old and I can’t believe I am privileged enough to have found my calling which most conveniently is also something I have a special knack for. I am so grateful.
ReallyBeU Health & Wellness Consulting was formed so that I had a channel for this work outside of larger systems where I have my day job. These larger systems, (prisons, treatment & recovery centers, juvenile justice settings, community crisis response) give me the opportunity to impact change and serve clients and patients that need it the most. ReallyBeU is how I do the work on my own time, it is the company I speak through to individuals, families and systems to deliver my vision of support and healing.
ReallyBeU has programs, it has tools, it has crisis response, consultation, truly any mechanism for delivering emotional wellness and healing for people, but not within a larger system that is already broken. I want to and will keep it small so the company is flexible and malleable and rapidly responding.

Every two weeks I will write a blog outlining a ReallyBeU concept, tool, idea, value, desire or something else associated with healing and recovery. There will always be bullet points at the end and there will likely be some motivational snippets included and there will always be pieces of me.
